I’m Akeim Joseph — a solo builder who designs, directs, and verifies AI-built systems rather than prompting them into existence.

A.R.C.H.O.N. is the core of that work: a multi-agent orchestration system built around a biomimetic safety architecture — bounded, non-agentic “Nano-AI” processes coordinated by a supervising agent, hard permission gates on every state-changing action, and a deterministic evaluation harness that grades agent-loop behavior instead of assuming it works. The goal was never another chatbot — it’s a system that reasons, checks itself, and doesn’t hallucinate its way past a wrong answer.

PRISM is the public half of that work — the same orchestration architecture, built in the open, with the advanced internals held back. Its GitHub is public, and most of what I write here traces back to what PRISM surfaces: what the architecture gets right, what breaks, and what I end up cutting.

I also founded SFT Command LLC, a financial platform for independent RIAs, since wound down after eight months of direct outreach that never converted to a sale. That taught me something specific: I’m a technical builder, not a salesman — and this is where that skill actually gets used.

This is where I document the real process — architecture decisions, failures, and the applied-AI research behind both projects — as it happens, not after the fact.
