NARVI is an applied-AI company — agent orchestration, AI safety engineering, and agentic security, built as real, working systems rather than slide decks. Founded and directed by Akeim Joseph.

A.R.C.H.O.N. is the core of it: a multi-agent orchestration system built around a biomimetic safety architecture — bounded, non-agentic “Nano-AI” processes coordinated by a supervising agent, hard permission gates on every state-changing action, and a deterministic evaluation harness that grades agent-loop behavior instead of assuming it works. The goal was never another chatbot — it’s a system that reasons, checks itself, and doesn’t hallucinate its way past a wrong answer.

PRISM is the public half of that work — the same orchestration architecture, built in the open, with the advanced internals held back. Its GitHub is public, and most of the research on this site traces back to what PRISM surfaces.

Anubis is NARVI’s agentic-security product — a stateless, deterministic compliance gate that judges whether a proposed AI-agent action is allowed to execute, by checking its real consequence against hard, auditable rules rather than trusting the action’s stated intent. It’s built to wrap any agentic system, not just NARVI’s own.

NARVI also owns SFT Command LLC’s history — a financial platform for independent RIAs. Eight months of direct outreach to fiduciary buyers never converted to a sale, so that product was stopped; the entity itself didn’t dissolve, it was renamed and became NARVI LLC. That outcome taught something specific and durable: Akeim is a technical builder, not a salesperson — which is exactly why NARVI is now looking for a cofounder with real sales experience, not a second engineer.

NARVI was built independently at first, while the architecture and the portfolio were being proven out on their own merits. That phase is over. NARVI is being built now to take real investment and grow.
